Theory Salon values our time spent with each client. It is our pleasure to help you schedule and remind you of your up coming appointment.
This is our cancellation policy:
Theory Salon requires a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment, in the event that 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation we will kindly ask that you pay 50% of the service that you missed. We keep credit card information on file and if you rebook with in a 7 day period we will apply the 50% toward that rescheduled appointment.
A no-show or day of cancellation will result in 100% charge of service missed.
